To access the files in the digital archives, the following steps must be followed:

1. Write a formal letter to the Provincial Archivist detailing

• your name,
• your formal designation (or work),
• your contact details (both residential address and cellphone number),
• the title of your research,
• the objective of your research,
• the files you wish to access, and
• 1 contact reference (an authority who recommends you and could vouch for your integrity as a researcher).

2. Send the email to Father Anthony Pizarro, Provincial Archivist, at thonycicm@yahoo.com. The Provincial Archivist will personally discuss and endorse the merits of your request to the Provincial Superior who will ultimately decide on the approval or rejection of your request for access.
3. Expect a formal email response within 7 working days.
