Research in the CICM-RP Archives is free of charge and is open to qualified researchers.
As of the moment, permission is granted to consult documents up until 1973.
Aside from your online access, you may want to physically visit our Archives and peruse our manuscripts at:

The visit is by appointment only and follows the process detailed in the (Contact Us) page.
Proper decorum in the archives are to be observed. The following rules are enforced:
Bag/s are to be left with the Archivist
Only writing pads and cameras are allowed to be brought by the researcher
Only files needed by the researcher and allowed by the archivist will be brought to their table for reading and perusal.
Researchers wear face mask and white cotton gloves when handling the hard copies.
Silence is observed at all times.
On their visit the researcher is allowed to consult the documents from 9am-12nn and 2pm-5pm only.
At all times, the Archivist will be in the ReadingĀ Room to accompany and assist the researcher.
No photocopying service is offered on site. However, the Archivist may allow the researcher to take limited number of photos of the documents they need, provided these will be for their sole private study or professional/editorial use and not to be distributed digitally or in print.
Researchers are required to send to the CICM-RP Provincial Archives a copy of each publication (books, journal articles, exhibition) where documents of the Archives are cited or used. Failure to do so will forbid the researcher on future access to the Archives.
